Volunteer Youth Corps Inc. Non-governmental, Non-profit Company dedicated to developing Guyana’s economic sector has recently embarked on a program to find Jobs for unemployed persons.
This program, under the name “Job Bank Guyana” seeks to attract and place persons between the ages of 16-35, who may be skilled, semi-skilled or unskilled into productive jobs. It will further empower persons with the necessary tools through career counselling and job enhancement training.
In this regard, persons for whom the organisation can successfully place in a job have agreed to give VYC a 5% percent of their total earnings over a 3-month period.
As a consequence, we would like to offer your organization an opportunity to partner with us on this program. Our fees are minimal. We propose that in addition to the employee’s contribution, your organization contribute a one-time payment of 5% of the employee’s earnings to cover our services once you have agreed to hire our candidates. We anticipate that this service will positively benefit you as it would eliminate advertising costs for posting vacancies and save time on short-listing potential candidates.
